What happens when I reach my daily message limit?
Your remaining messages reset daily. To send more, upgrade to a paid plan or wait until the next day.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes, you can cancel at any time. You keep access until the end of the paid period.
Which characters are available?
The free plan includes Asha, your AI psychologist (10 messages a day). Premium lifts the limit: 200 messages a day with voice input and spoken replies. Ultra — 500 messages a day plus coach/trainer characters — is coming soon.
Is Asha Hug safe to use?
Asha Hug is an AI companion for emotional support, not a medical or psychotherapeutic service. It does not replace professional care. If you are in crisis, the service points you to real crisis hotlines.
Does Asha remember what I tell her?
Yes. Asha remembers your story between conversations, so you don't have to start over every time.
Can I chat with Asha in Telegram?
Yes. Besides the website, Asha Hug works in Telegram via @ashahug_bot with the same characters and subscription.
What languages does Asha Hug support?
The website and characters are fully available in English and Russian, and the interface is translated into more than 30 languages.
Do I need to install an app?
No. Asha Hug works in your browser on any device. There is also an Android app and Telegram if you prefer them.
How is Asha different from a regular chatbot?
Asha is a character built for emotional support: she listens without judgment, remembers context and responds with empathy rather than just answering questions.
