Deleting your account

Method 1 — in the app:

Open Settings → Account → Delete account → confirm the action.

Method 2 — by request:

Write to support@ashahug.com from the email linked to the account, subject "Account deletion".

What happens on deletion

Access to the account is terminated. Dialogues, context and personal data are deleted immediately. An active subscription is cancelled automatically; refunds are handled per the Payment and Refund Policy.

Data subject rights (152-FZ)

Under arts. 14–17 of 152-FZ you may: receive information about the processing of your personal data (art. 14); request correction or blocking (art. 20); request destruction (art. 21); withdraw consent at any time; appeal the operator's actions to Roskomnadzor or a court.

How to submit a request

Send the request to support@ashahug.com. We are required to respond within 10 business days (art. 20 of 152-FZ). We may ask for identity confirmation when necessary.
